Equipment

  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Pizza Wheel

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's Pizza Dough
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Trader Joe's has many tomato sauces
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella More or less to your liking
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  • Drizzle Olive Oil on sheet pan and make sure the whole thing is covered including the sides
  • Take the Trader Joe's Pizza Dough out of the bag and lay on the oiled sheet pan flipping to cover all the dough. Cover with plastic wrap for an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Push the dough to the corners of the sheet pan until the whole pan is covered with dough. If it doesn't go all the way to the corners, wait another 30 minutes.
  • Top the dough with your favorite tomato sauce. I use regular Trader Joe's Marinara. Leave 1/2" of the dough uncovered for a crust.
  • Top the sauce with cheese and pepperoni
  • Put the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until the sides are medium brown.
  • Pull the pan out of the oven and wait a minute or two and then cut into squares and serve!

Notes

This recipe is very flexible. The only two things you need are a sheet pan and pizza dough. The rest is up to you but I don't like the Trader Joe's pizza sauce because it is too sweet and thick. I opt for the regular marinara sauce. The cheese is up to you. I actually use the Quattro Formaggi the most because of the more complex flavors. Then for toppings the sky is the limit.
