Trader Joes Eggnog Liqueur Review

Just in time for the Holiday Season, Trader Joe’s has released their seasonal Egg Nog Liqueur again. This highly popular egg nog drink is very popular in the winter time and Eggnog or Egg Nog, it doesn’t make much of a difference, it all tastes the same. Eggnog the drink is a very old drink according to Wikipedia. It’s been around for hundreds of years. The main ingredients for traditional eggnog are milk, eggs, liquor (spirits), and spices. It’s a drink that has been served around Christmas time for as long as the United States has been around and probably earlier in England. Let’s just say it’s a tradition that has been going back a very long time. Trader Joe’s isn’t one to pass up traditions so here we have a very traditional eggnog, I’m sorry Egg Nog as Trader Joe’s likes to spell it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Trader Joe’s and the Astounding Multi-Flavor Joe Joe’s.

This is one of the reasons I like Trader Joe’s so much, they don’t take themselves all that seriously. Some of their packaging can be brilliant and other times just plain ugly. I’m not sure what to make of the box for this assortment of cookies. Wildly colorful and a reference to Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in the name. It even says on the description on the front of the box: “A collection of past and present Joe-Joe’s sandwich cookies DECADENTLY ENROBED in various chocolates with drizzles and sprinkles.” They have that right! This is one big box of indulgence so tread carefully…

Trader Joe’s Jingle Jangle Pretzel Twists

Trader Joe’s first came out with their Jingle Jangle candy mix several years ago and the world was changed. Ok, I’m kidding but around my house, you would’ve thought Santa Claus had shown up in person to give gifts out to my kids! Jingle Jangle is “A fun mix of fan favorite candy treats” which are mainly dark chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter cups, fake M&Ms, and chocolate covered popcorn. We loved it so much, we bought multiples. I am not the only one, the large round tins of this go quickly every year.
